Laugh It Up, Fuzzball
Normally I take isolated medical results with a grain of salt, but I've known this at an instinctive level for years: Laughing is good for you. A quote from another article on the same study:
'The magnitude of change we saw is similar to the benefit we might see with aerobic activity, but without the aches, pains and muscle tension associated with exercise,' Miller said. 'When you laugh, you have less wear on your joints, and you don't have to worry about calories from chocolate. A good belly laugh a day would be a big step toward heart health.'And a saner world. Let's only elect leaders who have a sense of humor.
